  Braselton, Ga. – The Mesa women's golf team rose back into a tie for ninth place after the third round of the NJCAA Women's Golf Championship Wednesday.

  Shooting a team 343, MCC was deadlocked with Western Texas at 1018 for 54 holes at the Chateau Elan Resort..

  Haley Kapanicas remained near the top of the individual leader board, sitting in a tie for 13th place after shooting a 78 for a 233 total.

  Megan Fusak carded an 83 to tie for 35th place at 248.

  Madison Tjaden was in 46th place after posting an 86 for a 54-hole total of 255.

  Cheyanne Stewart was tied for 91st place after shooting a 96 for a 282 total.

  The tournament concludes Thursday.
