After Day 1 at NJCAA Championship, Mesa Women's Golf Tied for 10th Place

Mesa, AZ - The Mesa Thunderbirds women's golf team is tied for 10th place with Murray State Community College with a +57 finish on day one of the NJCAA National Tournament at Longbow Golf Club.

Leading the way for Mesa was Haley Kapanicas who shot an 80 (+8) on the day which is tied for 20th overall individually followed by Taylor Gransen, who finished with an 84 (+12) which is tied for 36th overall individually. 

Megan Fusak shot an 88 (+16), Hannah Brown shot a 93 (+21) with Cheyanne Stewart finishing with a 103 (+31).
