Bio

Evans is from the  small town of Havre, Montana where she worked her way up to Division 1 T&F competing for the University of Montana. She quickly saw success and currently holds three school records (indoor & outdoor triple jump and indoor long jump) and was UM athlete of the year in 2017.

Evans graduated college with two degrees, one in Exercise Science and the other in Psychology. After college she went on to compete post collegiate eventually making it into the 2020 Olympic Team Trials held in 2021 due to COVID. 

Once retired from jumping she became a full time fitness coach where she got her start years earlier when doing an internship in 2015 working with professional athletes in the NBA, NFL, and MLB. She now specializes in developing speed & power, and enhancing jumping & plyometrics. She currently trains athletes of all ages ranging from youth to the NFL.
