MEN'S GOLF COMPLETES SECOND ROUND AT NJCAA DIVISION II MEN’S GOLF NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
Mesa Community College Men's Golf continued competition at the NJCAA Division II Men's Golf National Championships on Wednesday at Swan Lake Golf Resort in Plymouth, IN.
Karter Samprone turned in the top round of the day for the Thunderbirds, carding a two-over-par 74 to move into a tie for 68th place overall.
Tanner Thompson remained inside the top-50 individually after shooting a five-over-par 77 in round two to sit tied for 45th overall.
Madden Hall posted a six-over-par 78 and is tied for 93rd overall heading into the third round.
Nathan Giles finished the day with an 81 (+9) and sits tied for 97th, while Kush Shah carded an 82 (+10) to move into a tie for 102nd overall.
Mesa will return to the course on Thursday for round three of the national championship tournament.
