MICKELSON EARNS ACCAC MEN'S FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Mesa Community College Track & Field sophomore pole vaulter Michael Mickelson has been named the ACCAC Week 6 Men's Field Athlete of the Week.

Mickelson cleared 4.88 meters (16 feet) to win the B section of the pole vault at the Don Kirby Invitational. The mark ranks No. 4 nationally in NJCAA Division I.

This is Mickelson's second ACCAC Field Athlete of the Week honor this indoor season.
