CORBIN PYLE BREAKS HIS OWN SCHOOL RECORD IN THE 800M

Mesa Community College's Corbin Pyle delivered another record-breaking performance at the NAU Tune Up, setting a new program record in the 800 meters with a time of 1:50.63. The mark surpassed his own previous school record of 1:50.82, which he set last season.

Pyle's time easily met the NJCAA Indoor National Championships qualifying standard and ranks among the fastest in the country this year. The sophomore has now qualified in multiple events, including the 600m and 1000m, positioning himself as a major contributor for Mesa's men's squad entering nationals.
