MESA CROSS COUNTRY SET FOR REGION I CHAMPIONSHIPS

MCC Cross Country is set to compete at the NJCAA Region I Championships on Friday morning at Crossroads Park in Gilbert, Arizona.

The men's race will kick off at 9:00 a.m., followed by the women's race at 9:45 a.m. Both Thunderbird squads enter the postseason among the nation's top programs with the women ranked No. 1 and the men No. 6 in the latest NJCAA Division II polls.

Mesa will look to continue its strong season and secure qualifying spots for the upcoming NJCAA National Championships.
