Lady T-Bird Golf secures a runner-up finish at ERAU

The Mesa Women's golf team shot a 36 hole total of 324-328-652 at the Embry Riddle Fall Invite in Prescott, AZ. 

MCC was the only JUCO team in the competition and were led by sophomore Mackenzie Vongphosy who shot 79 at the Antelope Hills North Course in round 1 and 75 at Capital Canyon Club in round 2 to finish 6th (154) for the event. Addison King fired 75-80 (155) to finish 7th as she carded her third top 10 this fall. Kasey Reichard 82-86 (168) and Lili Stutz 88-87 (175) finished 18th and 19th respectively.

"We play, we learn, we grow. I learn everyday by watching my players and I'm proud of their effort," said head coach John Guerrero.

Mesa hosts the final fall season event Nov 5-6 at Dobson Ranch GC.
