Lindsey Leavitt named ACCAC DII Offensive Player of the Week

Mesa outside hitter Lindsey Leavitt has been selected as the Week 2 ACCAC Division II Offensive Player of the Week for her contributions across six matches.

Leavitt finished the week with 59 kills on 163 attempts (.245 hitting percentage). She recorded 10 kills on 12 attempts against Phoenix College and added 15 kills on 36 attempts against nationally ranked Neosho County Community College.

The sophomore has become a key piece of Mesa's attack, giving the Thunderbirds a consistent option at the net as they continue conference play.
