Olivia Scroggins was born in Phoenix, Arizona, and is from Surprise, Arizona. She is a 2025 graduate of Shadow Ridge High School, where she competed in cross country and track & field. During her high school career, she was part of the 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field District Championship teams. She also earned the Seal of Arts, the Seal of Languages, and an Honors Diploma.

Olivia is majoring in STEM and pursuing an Associate of Science degree. Her parents are Phil and Magda Scroggins. Her favorite food is apples with peanut butter, and her hobbies include swimming, sleeping, and listening to music.
